Shipping Policy
We try to keep our shipping prices as low as possible. Currently, we use flat rate shipping for all provinces or territories. Shipping prices do not go up when you add more products to your chart, so you can get a lot more for your money by combining several products into one order. There are no extra handling fees added.
Our shipping rates are as follows:
We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
All our orders are shipped with Expedited Parcel provided by Canada Post. Delivery dates are determined by Canada Post. Café Venezia are not responsible for any delayed or lost packages.
Transactions are completed in Canadian Dollars. All orders are processed within one or two business days, provided the products are in stock and there are no issues with payment verification.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. An incorrect address my cause delays in shipping. Any cost incurred due to incorrect shipping information with be charged to the customer. If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address when placing an order, please contact us immediately.
Polices and/or shipping rates are subject to change without a notice. We may change our rates and/or policies periodically. All orders placed before changes will be processed with old rates and/or according to previous policies. Only orders placed after change will be affected. Please check this page regularly for updates.
